"Very poor product. Not innovative. You have nothing exciting to tell clients about. This company is only profit oriented. It is not based on value or service to its ultimate consumer and no company can successfull if it doesn't benefit it's customers"

"New management that knows radio and wants to see it grow, change and innovate. There is no reason for always taking the cheap way out."

"Limited career advancement opportunities in the immediate area, would need to relocate."

"The way we sold advertising hindered the possibilities of growing our customer base. We had no DJ's, no appearances and very little room to negotiate."

"Non flexable for working moms. Pay was poor for the long hours you put in. Working conditions were unstable with constant cut backs and lay offs."

"Because of my position as creative director, it allowed me to take complete ownership of the 6 station cluster I managed and gave me the opportunity to learn from my station's program directors; all of who had years of experience in radio, many of whom came from bigger markets. It provided me with the insight I needed to be effective in communicating the vision we had for improving our brand and connecting with our listeners in ways we hadn't done before. Having the opportunity to work with Artists and other entertainers certainly added to my overall experience."

"I can't say there is anything I would recommend, the management I worked for was first rate."

"I enjoyed that variety of work I was able to get my hands on there, from events to promotions, to marketing and promoting all of the activities in and around the Central Florida Area."

"Be fun and entergetic. Make sure you let your personality shines through, it is radio after all."

"The computers were out of date, but ran current software. Yet the computers ran slower then expected which did not help with productivity."

"Just to do some upgrades on their office computers."

"The early team was the best people I ever met. Things were AWESOME for a long time. Best job I had - ever."

"Depends on department big time. I'd say it's a gamble and it does not really matter much how you act or what you say on the interview. Having some kind of star dust might help, I guess."

"Killing the rare alive thing (that took some effort to build) might seem like a questionable idea in perspective, so maybe think twice next time"
