The management was supportive and always open to hearing on how improvements could be made to traditional and on-line marketing strategies."

"The consolidation of the company over the past 5 years. Our staff was shirking by annually, and tasks were being absorbed by other employees, which made it more difficult to have personal time, as the demand to get complete projects were so high."
