"I did not like working all hours to get deals done. Meaning working till 10-12 om and getting in early over weekend. I thought there could be better structure in order to deliver timely and accurate information."

"The frequent change. Not only were you at a different client site for each job ranging from San Juan PR to Idaho Falls ID...but you worked with a different team each time. There were new challenges, faces and places at each assignment."

"I'm not going to be cliche` and state all the one liners for success...but I will say you need to know how to underwrite...there used to be a few folks that really didn't get it."
