"I worked at Clark Printing for over five years. It's a steady job, but don't expect to make what you're worth. Raises are rarely given out. There's zero room for growth, unless someone leaves. The owners are a bit unappreciative too. You have to be very careful about who you trust, but I suppose it's like that at every job. However, there seems to be a sense of family, and the supervisors are fair, which is why I stuck around as long as I did."

I've tried to keep an open mind about the opportunity, and I am grateful for it, but this company offers little if no growth opportunities.
