"Clarity Ventures is a small(ish) company full of hard workers and dedicated employees. The culture is overall positive in the midst of project chaos and poor overall organization. If you are on the development team, you will get a lot of great experience and will likely learn a lot, especially as a junior developer. Be prepared to work long hours and be put under very tight deadlines."

"Efficient management is lacking combined with intermittent severe micromanagement from the owner in this young start up. Also, the time tracking and protocols change often and there is no room for diversity in methods or creative design."
