What do you like about working at Clarity Medical Systems?
"It was a great opportunity to be involved in the development of a new retinal testing machine."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"They provide a great ammount of freedom to do your work, but management is not trained in managing software products. Their attitudes may negatively react on the producibility of the program. I had an excellent manager, but another outside the department proceded to uproot and destroy working code due to his ignorance and limited viewpoint. He was dismissed from the company much later due to this problem."
What don't you like about working at Clarity Medical Systems?
"Management allowed irresponsible input from other programmers who didn't know the project goals and coding to override sensible and proven designs. There was no open forem to discuss different approaches and one manager proceded to railroad the product development into distruction due to his favored position with the general manager."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Untaught managers are not competetent to be managers of other programmers. That results in outrageous conclusions supported by nothing more than attitudes."
