What do you like about working at CIGNA?
"I enjoy the challenge and recognition that I received for my hard work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Many people on here complain about not being able to advance within the company, this has not been my experience at all. You must be hard working, show an eagerness to learn, and not expect opportunities to be handed to you if you are not willing to work for them. Lastly, do not act as if you are better than your customers, your coworkers, or lower positions. Instead be humble and express gratitude when appropriate, so many new hires, and lifers miss this and set themselves up for failure."
What don't you like about working at CIGNA?
"Though Cigna has pushed for more stringent hiring requirements in an effort to supply the growing group insurance business with talent, many older and seasoned employees lack what is needed to provide consistent results. Obviously this will take some time to get the pensioners out, but until then, we wait."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would push to modernize the current communications between our company and our clients."

"I like working in a variety of fields and changing hats on a daily basis."

"I would recommend the candidate inquire about the company's history and future growth."
What don't you like about working at U.S. Personnel?
"This company outsourced 75% of our internal processes to India which led to the sale of the company to a competitor."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that management reconsider outsourcing to another company in another country because saving money actually cost them more."

"My immediate direct reports and my immediate management staff are terrific individuals to work with on a daily basis. They are professional and care a lot about the service they provide."

"Ask for clear comments about where the company is going, what it's committed to and how it is demonstrating that today."
What don't you like about working at Dearborn National?
"The lack of direction or focus. Words did not always match deeds or direction with the company."

"Back up verbal commitments with the resources necessary to provide top notch service in the industry."
