"My manager is very new just promoted. She provide no guideance and coaches me thru email vs. in person."

"Professionalism is key. Maintain a high level of professionalism and the management may acknowledge it."

"The environment and the task management placed by senior levels of management is very unorganized."

"Management needs to learn to become more accomodating to it's hard working employees and learn to delegate duties better."

"only the paycheck and What benefits we have, but are continuing to become less generous and more expensive, from year to year"

"Run as fast as you're feet will carry you, if you had the unfortunate experience of interviewing with Anthem..PRAY, they don't hire you.I realize times are desperate and tough out there, but it will be far worth waiting for a much better opportunity with a more worthy employer."
What don't you like about working at Anthem Blue Cross?
"There are too many Issues to mention here in this amount of space.Someday I'll write a Book all about it, as a warning to others, to aim MUCH higher than Anthem Go somewhere else, if you want to be treated with a little dignity. I hope I make more money with the book , than I EVER did at Anthem."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wouldn't waste my time. Not there anymore anyway. And they are the reason.It falls on deaf ears anyway.A totally useless waste of breath, better saved for something more worthy.A word to the wise: Don't fall for the managers Open door Policy speech. They are Invenerate liars, and have no shame. I don't know who's worse..Anthem Management, or todays Politicians. Both Liars."
