"Flexability of work hours, tutition remb, work hours, dental and vision benefits"

"Personality is everything. Aetna values people skills and teamwork. Be confident."
What don't you like about working at Aetna?
"Different departments have different rules and policies. Things should be more uniform"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Improve company health care benefits, focus more on process improvement"
What do you like about working at American Specialty Health?
"The only good thing about this place are the benefits. Great benefits, horrible everything else."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you don't mind making lame pay until you can move up into something better, than take the job."
What don't you like about working at American Specialty Health?
"It's far too easy. I don't feel challenged, which makes me slack off. Afterall, I'm taking this quiz while I'm on the clock because I'm bored."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would pay the same wages other companies pay. And be more open to the dress code policy and what is allowed at work."
What do you like about working at HealthFirst?
"The people I worked with in the claims department. Having a job with several different projects to manage."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to cover your own ass as management isn't going to do anything for you. Also I had to select $30K as it was the lowest but it took me over ten years to get there. The extras we got were flexible work schedule, 4 weeks vacation, and really cheap medical insurance."
What don't you like about working at HealthFirst?
"No management, I worked with some great people. I also worked with a woman who would throw a temper tantrum if she didn't want to do something. So, she got to do pretty much whatever becuase noone wanted to deal with her scenes. There were others as well. I worked in the same position for 11 years and was the only who knew how to do my main job, I asked repeatedly for someone to be cross-trained, never happened. I finally took matters into my own hands and the woman I worked next to and I taught each other our jobs so we would have some backup."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have the people in management have some actual management training. She was difficult, she was ineffective and didn't require anything from anyone. No follow up on any rules that were set up.ie. no cell phones at your desk--nothing was ever done about the people who were on their phones all the time and those of us to didn't do that didn't need to be told."

"Continue to keep you employed with a great pay rate"

"Make sure you have paper work in order also keep in touch with recruiter"

"Sometimes the distance that you may had to travel to the client"

"Keep the staff updated with inservices so they can keep CEU"

"There was a good history and the potential to return to greatness could be there."

"Things look great on the surface but there is something not right. People are too clique and chances for personal development could be limited."

"Technology seemed to be behind, personal development was not important to management"

"I'm not really sure where the disconnect is between management and the worker bees but getting in sync could benefit all the way around"
