What do you like about working at Claim Jumper?

"Great Name recognition. Financially stable company, with a strong parent company"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get better pay to make up for expensive benefits. Know growth is not a for sure mantra. Expect 60+ hours a week.. no alot of positive reinforcement"

What don't you like about working at Claim Jumper?

"Not the most truthful company..Promises made not kept, plus they don't allow for compensation growth. It seems to be ran by the old boys network, rather than merit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Build a more organized operation that allows for a quality of life equal to a normal 40 hour a week work force, but lift the expectations and follow through, so individuals are recognized by performance not title. The Leader of the building isn't always the producer and shouldn't always reep the benefits of success."
