"The 'level playing field' - everyone brings something to the table, no matter your position. There's little hierarchy to work through. Everyone is open door."

"Just be upfront and open. Hiring and firing can happen quickly."

What don't you like about working at CityGrid?

"Because there is a lot of turnover and everyone is 'new', there is little respect for prior experience - and there should be. Plus, there is no room for growth. And a lot of silo effect."

"Organize management meetings with ALL sectors to stay abreast of projects and projections."
