"Often times, the customers tend to be rude and blame me for problems that I cannot control. However, this has helped me to become less sensitive and develop conflict resolution skills."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management system works fine. As for the company, I would recommend a new website. The website is the cause of many customer conflicts and complaints."
