"This place has the worst management structure and communication skills I have ever seen since in a company that supports Medical Staff and patient care. The problem is not the techs that work there, they try the best with what management they have. Management doesn't make the most educated decisions for people career choices and they don't have any career ladders for the Desktop Support group. IT Systems Group don't have any support from the Management aspect to get the help and support they need."
