"Overall the organization is good, but current city management lacks clear direction and will go with the flow, even if it is contrary to what they just directed. This causes much rework, lost effort, and frustration for staff beneath them."

"I have worked for the City of Fort Worth, TX for 8 years and find that benefits continue to drop, especially for new employees. The City has been improving the pay rates but only after a 7 year freeze."

"I have worked for the City for some time. The money is very low and experience is not acknowledged. When hired I was hired at the lowest rate coming in with over 15 years experience. Less than people coming in with no or less than 1 year experience. Since coming to the City it's obvious that experience doesn't count and your job is secure even when tearing up equipment and destroying citizens' property."
