What don't you like about working at City of Brownsville?

"Lack over departmental oversight. There are too many political agendas at work throughout the City, makes it difficult for employees to perform their jobs. There are great learning opportunities but career growth is lacking. I noticed a lot of wasted tax payer dollars and a culture of acceptance for mediocre job performance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Monitor job performance more carefully, require employee evaluations more often to keep employees honest and working more diligently."
