"the systems are a bit outdated. there are a lot of opportunities to move on up as long as you put in the time and effort of your production. your goals are realistic and achievable. If you're a self starter and are willing to look up information to answer your questions, you will do just great."
"I've only been with CNB for 2 and a half years and have moved up in position and responsibilities fairly quickly. What baffles me, though, is that I make less than some that have just started and are under me. The pay raises are ridiculously bad and the managers are good at empty promises. I love this company but I have been disheartened by the compensation."
