"I have worked for CFG for 16+ months. They are being setup for an IPO by their parent for sometime in '16. The company operates in a tower paradigm. Communication across groups is very difficult. I am the corporate enterprise datawarehouse architect for everything Teradata. It's new technology for the firm, the business and its team of consultant pmo's continually short cut and avoid best practice when implementing project, then poor performance and high maintenance ensues."
