"Company is not thriving and there is too much politics bringing the company to a stand still. Many of the people are great and I get along with the CEO very well."

"Solving real problems for mission-focused customers. Working with customers in a variety of business disciplines."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are self-starting, self-confident, and have sufficient knowledge and experience, you will probably be OK, but will get burned out by having to make up the difference between teammates and yourself. If you are the type to wait for direction, guidance, or support then you should look elsewhere."

"The company does not invest in developing knowledge and skills in the workforce. Management is entirely focused on business development and does not attend to effective execution of the existing contracts."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would focus on quality in the services we provide. The current focus is almost exclusively on growth above all else, which leaves the consultants to fend for themselves."

What do you like about working at Citizant?

"I enjoy working to solve customer problems with highly competent people who are teammates or customer staff. When the customer sense of mission is strong, helping them is very satisfying."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are self-starting, self-confident, willing to work hard and learn what you have to, you will do fine. If you wait for direction, you will be left waiting. Do not expect the company to do anything other than pay your salary. The reward for a job well done is getting to keep that job."

What don't you like about working at Citizant?

"We are terrible at project management and customer intimacy. We do not seem to be able to invest in or encourage knowledge or skill development in project management or technical service provision."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would focus on quality of execution and customer satisfaction. The current CEO is driving management to a growth at all costs approach. Day-to-day operations have little support."
