"Prior to the last four years, I found Citigroup a great place to work and to express my talents for the best interest of our customers and our business units."

"At the end, CitI had lost its direction and the prople in charge were not focused on the balance of right things, e.g. revenue growth + expense management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Decide what you want to be. Focus first on what is of value to the end customer then you will be assured of shareholder value growth. Stop the practice of allowing senior managers to be promoted and to bring their entire staffs with them. Remember you cannot be loyal to your customers if you cannot even treat your employees well."
