"No that It is City, I would go back and work for them again. Larger company lots of internal knowledge and resources that you could use to help with resolve issues on put together a proposal for new or expanding business."

"At the time I worked there business attire was formal.. Expect to wear a suit and tie everyday. Show confidence with out being to cocky."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Develope and empower your local mangers / directors. This will let the employees know that they can make a difference and work decisions can be done on the spot with the correct people involved."
