"I liked the amount of autonomy that I was allowed, the freedom to make the decisions I needed to make to properly manage my team and ensure that we were working cohesively with the larger site team."

"Unfortunately, I have to respond to this question citing the layoff again. I would have preferred to have remained employed with Citigroup longterm as it was one of the better jobs that I've had."
