"Come clean, dress sharp, always have eye contact, and come at least 15 min ahead of your interview."

"I did not like the constant change every 18 months or so concerning our bonuses. I did not like the distance to work everyday along with the cost of gas to put in my car. As the economy went south so did the bonus, but that is expected because that is the way of business."

"There are very few professionals in this organization. People just bring in their friends to work with them, and then they all do nothing beneficial to the company. Low moraleNo ethicsHorrible organization. Worked there for many years and really hated. Clearly the worst comparing to ALL other banks I worked for."

"Change the management.Cut expenses, but not by not giving bonuses and benefits to low-mid salary employees."
