"The small company like environment in corporate america. Also, the managers were very flexible and always open to balancing your work/life schedule, provided you completed your work in a timely manner. As an employee, I couldnt have asked for a more open minded management team."

"Good luck, and enjoy your time at CIT. It was a great place for me to work. I only left because it was on a decline and layoffs were on the horizon."

"Very limited growth potential at my location. Did not provide training that would allow me to grow further. I sometimes felt like I was being pigeon-holed."

"The underwriting turn time was a bit slow and unpredictable at times. also the training resources could have been better as well as the system they used for uploading files."

"Really treat employees as part of the team and communicate as such. Create better define roles for employees and really represent facts as truthfully as possible. Create a more dynamic, centralized, top-down and integrated organization rather than silo-based operating businesses from bottom-up."
