"I have been an employee of OWB a division of CIT Bank since 2012. OWB was first acquired by CIT Bank in 2015, and has continued to expand its relationship across Southern California. In addition to the 60 branches that OWB has spanning from San Diego to Ventura County, CIT offers services such as equipment financing to lending and consumer services. CIT is a growing company with promising assets and a bright future."
"Overall, it's a good company to work for. It is a large company, so you can expect a decent benefits package and an established set of policies and procedures that are regularly updated by various levels of management, legal, and HR. Due to the structure of the company, there are times when certain decisions and promotions may be delayed, as the decision has to be approved by a number of people within the chain of command. One downside is that, as a lower-level employee, your work is less likely to be recognized or rewarded and more likely to become a positive evaluation of your department managers."
