The downfall would be that they have made several acquisitions over the last few years and, recently, there has been a lot of change which has made territories and day-today workflows more difficult to manage."

"Managed a bit too conservatively to exercise a take share approach to dominating the market. Many barriers to entry have been lowered and Cision is not poised to place itself ahead of the pack."

"The upper management should definitely be paying the support staffs more. They work extremely hard to make the company and sales staff look good, but are financially under appreciated."
