The downfall would be that they have made several acquisitions over the last few years and, recently, there has been a lot of change which has made territories and day-today workflows more difficult to manage."

"Cision is a proactive company in a changing industry and they have accomplished a lot while constrained by a conservative management structure."

"Learn all you can about the industry from the company and ist customers"

"Managed a bit too conservatively to exercise a take share approach to dominating the market. Many barriers to entry have been lowered and Cision is not poised to place itself ahead of the pack."

"Become more aggressive by shifting resources from the core business to expand and diversify the portfolio of services and solutions."

"The upper management should definitely be paying the support staffs more. They work extremely hard to make the company and sales staff look good, but are financially under appreciated."

"Pay your non-sales employees more. Especially the production teams in all locations."
