What suggestions do you have for management?

"Cisco management is like ALL of American corporation management teams. They need to worry a little less about the here-and-now, and plan for the future corporate survival. At our current rate of shipping jobs overseas, this will be a country of CEOs and CFOs and the unemployed in the not-too-distant future. Just look at the trends. Also, Corporate America needs to take care of the American talent so that it'll be here when they need it the most. 'Nough said."
