"Cisco is a company rampant with racial bias. Vertical and lateral promotions are not based on job competency or knowledge, but favoritism and those who do not challenge the status quo. Cisco offers no work-life balance. Human resources with Cisco is highly under-trained and not well-versed with California Labor Laws."

"Senior management should check the pulse of the average worker anonymously. They will be shocked at what they will find!!"

"Beware! Don't let the allure of money guide you. Ensure that you really shine in your area of expertise, and be ready for a fight. No one will give you a hand there until you've proven your mettle! And proving yourself is NOT an easy thing to do if you don't get the opportunity."
