"The hours of work were sometimes challenging because of the truly global company. Sometimes there was inadequate provision for work required, vs. business deadlines. Sometimes we were responsible for work clearly not in the job description."

"(1) Don't disregard the opinions and conditions of your contractors. (2) Do at least some investigation of lead time before assigning business deadlines. (3) Give employees a framework of how their work benefits the company, their team, and themselves."
