What don't you like about working at Cisco Systems?

"There was no commitment to R&D to serve the markets we were attempting to achieve market share in. The inflexible workforce refused to change their activities to match the needs of the customer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think they have had a complete turnover of their executive team and have executed some M&A to address product and service shortcomings. I can't speak intelligently to what their current challenges are and how they might improve them."
