"At CIR Law offices, I was one if not the only person in the whole IT department that knew the infrastructure by heart. I was paid fairly well for this job, but I had also been handling all the help desk tickets in addition to any projects that I had ongoing simultaneously. It was not an easy job by any means since I had seen people come and go all the time, and was tasked with the removal of any respective co-workers users' accounts."
