Software Development Intern

"Cinfin may not consider itself a technology company, but I find that hard to believe cause their IT department is 800+ strong. They have a plethora of talented developers, that are easy to talk to and ready and willing to help with any problem they may have experience in. The company loves to hire from within, and if you decide that you are an Underwriter and want to code you can and vice versa. They believe in fostering internal talent, it was a large company that felt like I actually mattered and that I wasn't seen as a number but as a human being. My favorite thing to say about Cincinnati Financial is that "It is serious work, that doesn't take itself too seriously". They are always testing out and trying new technologies, if you feel you are stuck in a rut and aren't growing the way you want, and maybe even that your skills are stagnating? Cincinnati Financial might be the best sleeper tech company in Cincinnati."
