"Sometimes it can be very helpful if you end up coming prepared for an entire day interview with multiple people. Also, if you don't know how to improvise with strange questions or mathematics in a heartbeat, this place might not be for you (if you pursue underwriting or actuarial studies)."

What don't you like about working at CIGNA?

"Sometimes good sales people were fired for under-achieving, even though they brought some profitability to the company. There was also tight room for advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My managers were great to work with, and very team oriented, spare one. For my one manager who didn't make the list, I'd say he needs to take a little more time, not rush through things, and work better with other managers."

"I loved my job at CIGNA, unfortunately they had cut backs which affected my entire department. They outsourced our jobs."
