"just to be ready and willing to work long days. Ask many questions about the benefits if they are a concern for you."

"We did not have many choices nor the time in trying to build our sales. We did not have the resources to do LSM projects"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"That the schedules we worked did not coincise with the requirements of the job. We would work from 8 or 9 in the morning until 10 or 11 at night every other day."

"Fast Paced, loved working with my Supervisor Brenda. She made it fun. I liked that there were only 2 of us. It was a different experience because Brenda and I always had to look to each other for approval and ideas."

"Sometimes, having a third manager would have been nice for those days we needed to adjust for personal reasons."

"Multi-task, deligate multi-tasking duties to the staff, and have a plan before you arrive. Most importantly, treat your staff with respect."

"The learning curve is presented, by CiCis University which is designed to have you answer a 300 question bank by the end of a 4 week training period of shift running. The work week is one day off and one day on General manager runs it one day and you as assistant manager run it the next day with overlapping on Fri. evening."

"You better bring a passion and intensity to serve with a jump the counter mentality or you will not last long working there."
What don't you like about working at CiCi's Pizza?
"As with any restaurant you are asked to keep 100 plates spinning on a stick all day long without dropping one plate. It was intense shift running. 4 busses pull up to the door and 75 kids are in front of your buffet in 10 minutes and it takes 6 minutes to cook a pizza. You only have 2 racks of pizzas on the wall ready to bee cooked. Your cook left for the day, you have your busser trying to help at the buffet to keep it full."
