"Not knowing from one day to the next if your contract will suddenly end. being new to the contract work industry,it can be a little scary not knowing how long your job will last."

"Maybe they could be more forthcoming about information related to how the contract is progressing and giving people the benefit of trusting them not to jump ship when a contract is coming to an end, so they can get the ball rolling on job searching as early as possible."
