"Lack of job security. 91 people were hired to provide service to out customer, and 4 were left when I was finally released."

"New organizational structures need a well-defined hierarchal structure, and mature into a matrix organization."

"They have good job security and good pay. I like the project I'm currently working on also."

"Get to know your managers and their managers. It is all about who you know."

"I don't like some of the people that I work with."

"I don't know that I would change anything. It seems to be the way this company needs to run."

"IT was a consulting firm and I did not like working for them - so nothing to say here. They were willing to re-locate me to the USA."

"Maybe it's only me, but I do not have a lot of trust in consulting firms."

"Consulting is not my business. I did not like working for this company."

"There are some great colsutants working for this comany one just have to look and locate them."

"I work for a contract company, as long as you interview honestly they can elp you get a job."

"I am contracted to statefarm of which there is no chance for permanent employment."

"I would say that my management are great. The only thing I could offer is to reduce the amount of managers."

"It is important to be honest and be yourself. They will give you a chance and assist you to where you need to be but you have to be honest so that they can give you back up where you might need time to ramp up your skills."

"The travel can be difficult and challenging on a personal level."

"Develop some opportunities for growth and training to keep consultants up to date on current skills needs in the market place."

"building machines, working on hardware, social networking, laid back atmosphere"

"No room for growth, no training, too much phone time"

"Narrow down objectives, don't spread too thin, update technology infrastructure"

"It is a 25 year old company that was striving to re-establish itself in Atlanta. Fairly good support."

"Be aware that things can change overnight to to frequent changes in offerings and management."

"Alot of change in practices and offerings which made it difficult to manage sales process."

"They should keep focusing on a specific vertical and offerings. They can;t be everything to everybody."

"Cross match your experience to the needs of the position, you will be surprised to find how real world challenges can cross apply to problem solving and jobs."

"Consulting is a varying position, without benefits and the confidence of continual employment. I enjoy working from beginning to end on projects and sometimes the contracts are only for portions of projects or initiatives."
