The company offers a great opportunity to start your career in Financial Services and Sales with some excellent individuals to learn from. The new CEO has commenced the improvement and modernizations of the company's issues that have existed for years but I did not want to remain while the transition to the next generation happened. Overall a well placed company in the independent asset manager business in Canada."
