"I worked at Church Street for about 18 months. While it was a good environment to learn the workings of a microbrewery, I can’t recommend the company. The salary is well below standard and is below a living wage for the Chicago area. In addition, I worked 8-10 hours a week of unpaid overtime, which was unacceptable. Serious improvements need to be made to employees’ compensation."
