"This company is the worst I've ever worked for. The only thing I can say positive is the flexibility. They don't care about their employees. Management are so afraid of the owner that they will not ask for raises for their employees. The only way to get a raise is to advance to another position or threaten to quit. There's no opportunity for advancement. I was lied to and never received what was promised. If you're looking for a job with flexibility and no future increase in pay, this is the place for you. If not, move on with your search."
