"I worked for Chrysalis for over a year taking care of special needs adults. While I loved working with the individuals every day, working with my boss and others higher up in the company was very difficult and I felt as though I had to figure everything out myself. It was hard to get help and things I didn’t know and if I got them wrong I got in trouble."
