"Working in Childrens Hospital was a wonderful opportunity. The people were kind and willing to help me learn whatever I needed to get my job done. However there are several redundant systems in place for getting things done and it really just mucks things up and slows people down. They should also look at increasing their budget for what I was doing and work on training all managers on how to teach new hires the techniques and skills that they will need to complete their work."
