"Formal red-tape culture, not caring about the individual, people trying to tear each other down, lack of consistent focus - flavor of the month management. Too much talking and meetings and not enough doing."

"As far as the organization's work culture is concerned it has the environment of a startup with the financial backing of a big organization. This puts it in a unique position to keep experimenting with newer approaches and solutions which would other wise be frowned upon in stalwart organizations."
