"I worked for the Sun-Times for 4 years after it bought the company I worked for. The focus of the company has changed drastically in that time. There had been no performance appraisals or raises for the employees for several years. There was no feedback for the employees with regard to whether the work was or was not satisfactory."

"It was a lot like highschool. This company has so much bureaucracy, it was honestly astounding how slow things would take to get approved from production."
