"There is a rampant seniority in the workplace. The management have a backward thinking that only those who have stayed longer in the company has the right and capabilities to be promoted. They don't want to give change to young ones even when they clearly have more potential than the tenured employees. It's frustrating to know that you don't get a chance to advance your career here just because you haven't stayed for too long yet."
