"I work in a critical access hospital and many times out FTEs are cut which sometimes make us vulnerable to a bad patient coming in. We cannot call for a house supervisor or other ancillary staff, we are the ancillary staff. I feel when I end up staying late it is for my team and the patients, but, we may get told it was not approved or question why. We are professionals with a license to maintain. I will defend that in order to care for patients and be there for the team."
