Completing my undergrad at CMU and my professional work experience aligns well with the qualification that a company is looking for. I'm certain that I would be an asset to the organization. With more than 8 years of leadership and 6 years of fleet/staff management, I was a top performer at several locations. Majority of my career has been in the rental cars industry dealing with travelers and accounts at airport locations. I'm great with time and resource management, with an advance understanding early supply involvement and spreadsheet analysis. As a top sales person in the rental car industry, I grew substantially as a professional and as a manager. By passing the MQI (Enterprise's management qualifying interview test), I was promoted into management and then became the driving engine behind a under-performing Pierson road location (Flint MI.), that lead the area in total revenue for a few months. During my campaign with Avis/Budget group. My daily task included fleet management , driven by sales performance. 1.6 Hands down the worst company I have ever worked for. 60+ hours a week, no overtime pay, and hardly made minimum wage. The inexperience and laziness of the owner has turned his inherited company into one with poor communication between departments, a severe lack of procedures, and a staff that will not take ownership of any issues. No team work and no trust between coworkers. There are people there that make alot of money and they just keep hiring new suckers and turning over the other positions.

Management needs to seriously reconsider the flat-rate pay system. Consideration, and/or implementation, of team-pay style systems should be considered. Many technicians don't like it because they prefer to work only for themselves. However, implementing team pay will weed out those who do not have the customers best interests in mind and allow the team, not the individual, to become more productive.
