"This is a really, really bad company. Do yourself a favor and don't think about working for them despite what anyone says. They're discriminatory, stupid, lie like you wouldn't believe and are just basically unethical in every way. They openly discriminate on projects, in public. It's unbelievable until you see it actually happening in front of you. The employees are backstabbing, form tight groups on projects and don't admit new employees into those groups, and are power grabbing all the time and trying to get you fired for petty reasons you wouldn't believe. You can't believe anything anyone in the company says. They put on a good face and show, and have tons of professional HR policies, but it's all smoke and mirrors. The management is even worse. They refuse to accept any responsibility, won't make a project plan, lie to the client and everyone on the project team all the time, and are silent on anything that requires them to do anything or make a decision. Never seen anything like it. This company is textbook on how to not treat employees, bad to no management, and unethical behavior. Seriously, run from them."
