"Must be able to work and continue education at the same no matter the level you start at its never enough."

"Money and work load as well as advancement was totally out of control. Many out of reach job opporitunities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They are already aware. I have told them. Hire on people who are willing and capable of doing the job."
