"Your future at risk, stability was always unstable, would not recommend employment"

"Not sure if OSHA guidelines were followed due to exposure to chemicals."

"Deploy a full proof plan to operate the company and hire qualified personal to make the company a success."

"Chemical analysis is not my first choice. My skill set can be better utilized elsewhere"

"Laboratory Hazardous Waste Management can be improved. Reuse of materials within a lab for a second purpose can be an option."

"I am not sure that this company still exists. The changed their name to Cytech Inductries in teh 1990's, but I think that they are part of Wyeth now"

What do you like about working at Vita-Tech?
"It's a continuation of my Philippine experience. No difficulty adapting the work here in US, though back home is more strict in the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire production area. We love the bonuses which starter quarterly and before I left it becomes annually. Free food every time we meet the quota, anniversary gift that is base on your year of service."
What don't you like about working at Vita-Tech?
"They don't have downtime period for the area and machines clean-up. This should be done once a year."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothing, they treat people like their family. Employees there last."
