Finding ways around traffic jams becomes a passion for me. I do not like the long hours (55-60), the evening work which takes me away from my other passions, and dealing with the weather in Boston."

"Entry level company. Not for long term planning or commitment. Earning are flat or negative due to managements' stubborness."

"No raise for last 6 years. 3 paycuts totaling 25% loss of income."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Acknowledge employees YEARLY! Balance workload and pay evenly. Stop the favoritism."
