"Lots of red tape, a brutual schedule that has few breaks and only one of more than 2 days."

"Replace the bonuses with heltlh plans and raises for good employees. Do you absolute best to retain good emplyees once you get them."

"You do meet some wonderful people. Lots of students with inspiring stories. Really the students are the best part."

"Ask for the job description. Ask when the last time it was changed. Ask what the previous person in that position was let go for."

"Horrible training, constant chaos. Nobody knows for sure what they're doing. Very unprofessional."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get control of you company. Give your employees some training and a clear idea of what they're supposed to be doing. Improve communication across the board. Nobody knows what anyone else is doing or supposed to be doing. So there's no stop-gap if a problem comes up."
